Shipping and Handling

• Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping your bouquet to us, and all shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping instructions will be provided atter your purchase.
• Shipping Risk: Shipping frames involves certain risks. If a frame is damaged during transit, we will provide a shipping label to return the damaged item for repair or replacement.
• Bouquet Labeling: It is your responsibility to label your bouquet with your name and order number prior to shipping.
• Bouquet Condition Upon Arrival: Upon arrival, some lowers in your bouquet may not be suitable for preservation due to damage during shipping.
  We will send a photo of your bouquet upon receipt.
